Introducing the Revamped 2025 Honda Prelude: A Sneak Peek into the Future

The All New 2025 Honda Prelude: A Glimpse into the Future

Exciting news for all car enthusiasts and Honda fans! The iconic Honda Prelude is making a comeback in 2025 with a revamped design and cutting-edge features that are set to redefine the driving experience. Let's take a closer look at what this new model has in store for us.

Last year Honda shocked us all with the debut of this white Honda Prelude concept vehicle.

The Honda Prelude was introduced in 1978 and was produced throughout 2001. Many recognize it as an ahead of its time sports car featured a then, powerful 2.2 liter VTEC engine with about 200hp.

Some 1988-1991 models had 4-wheel steering and the 1992-1996 had digital gauges. The SH model on the 1997-2001 offered ATTS, a then new suspension offering for improved handling.

We expect this one to have similar great handling with cutting edge technology and possibly a more aggressive/new powertrain introduction. More than likely front wheel drive like its predecessor, and unfortunately we doubt it will be offered in manual transmission.

Ending production in 2001, Prelude fans are highly anticipating the release of this newest iteration.

Design and Performance

The 2025 Honda Prelude boasts a sleek and aerodynamic design that not only enhances its visual appeal but also improves fuel efficiency and performance. Equipped with a powerful yet eco-friendly engine, this sports coupe promises an exhilarating driving experience like never before.

So far we see a familiar long hood, modern headlights with a bit of EV flare, what looks to be carbon fiber areo materials used along the bottom of the car, mirrors and roof, as well as blacked out wheels, etc. Rumors at the moment say this could be a dual motor hybrid powertrain with perhaps around 204hp like other similar Honda setups (though we're hoping for more). Said to be built on the new Civic Type R chassis. Overall, very sleek, aggressive front end, looks like we'd expect a new Prelude to look.

Our guess is it could potentially be completely an EV as there is no tailpipe or grill to speak of with most internal combustion vehicles. There's also a chance they could be AWD, though just speculation.

So far, very impressive bang for buck here, we are a fan of the design, but still curious about the details on the hybrid engine, etc. Overall looks like a solid evolution for the Prelude name.

Technological Innovation

Step into the future with the advanced technological features of the 2025 Honda Prelude. From state-of-the-art infotainment systems to cutting-edge safety technologies, this model is designed to keep you connected and safe on the road.

Interior Comfort and Luxury

Experience luxury like never before with the premium interior of the 2025 Honda Prelude. From plush seats to customizable ambient lighting, every detail is carefully crafted to provide ultimate comfort and style. So far, few details of the interior have been released. We're not even sure this will sit 4 people like previous generations, may just be a two seater. The Honda Prelude is known for it's simplistic yet futuristic technology in its past interiors.

Latest rumors suggest a starting MSRP around $30,000 which would be a great introductory level depending on dealer markups. Of course, they could offer premium packages for much more included the one pictured, could be the high end model.
